So my sata cables had melted to my drives sata connector striping the connection. So I contacted WD support they okay-ed the bypass on the warranty and sent a picture of the drives in the rma request.
Then 2 weeks later the drive ends up back on my door step. Saying it was damaged after they already okay-ed it. I further contacted them why and they gave me the Typical it's not covered under my warranty ***.
I have several hard drives from them and explained that I am not happy about this and will be posting on several sites about my experience there. They have not replied to my email so my warning do not ever buy hard drives from WD their support is completely unhelpful,unreasonable, and straight up liars.
