Western Digital - Clay is too rude!

Clay answered my call and was so so so rude to me for no known reason. asked his info to file a complain but he refused to do so I asked for his supervisor and also asked his supervisor 3 times for the last representative info but he refused to give it to me and put me on a hold for 12 mins until the call disconnected!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!{{Redacted}}
