Ok so i bought 3 new 6tb wd blue drives and 2 out of the 3 were bad,, one made a huge noise right out of the box the second had 136 bad sectors .. exsqueese me these were new drives....

anyhoo called wd registered them made a claim did a rma and sent them in as instructed . next thing im told is they wont cover the warranty after they had said send them in there covered.... so me being the brain i am saved all my emails and took screen shots of everything as i went along .. turned out to be a smart move once they knew i had the emails and pictures and told them were going to court next day surprise there were 2 new drives in my mail box ...

So not bad ...

gives you a headache yup, problem with the people who cant get it together yup, problem with constant redirects and constant misinformation yup... Rule of the day if you save everything and are honest about it they will give you a huge headache but n the end you will win your case ...
