Western Digital technical support staff and Indian mixed with the RMA Department, had a tendency of making me go back and forth going through circles and loops. As well as most customer support agents continued lying and as well as falsifying information.
That resulted in me not receiving anything and causing more problems for me and my sister. My sister had cancer and they treated her disrespectful and unprofessional. I would strongly vote against ever using their services. experience.
I truly wish this experience was a lot better. maybe a training problem or something in those line.
